This is a similar request. Currently, there is no simple mechanism to check if the operator inadvertently, stopped and restarted the timer. It would be a problem if the results of a road race were based on a paused clock. I would like to see XNote Stopwatch record the start and stop in the Results window.

Thank you. -- Justin

By soon you mean: Weeks, Months or Years? This feature would open a new world of functionality.

Thanks!

I have normally open contacts on my HVAC controller board, wired to pins 7/8 on a DB9 connector. Compressor turns on, contacts close and the XNote timer starts incrementing. Compressor turns off, contacts open and the XNote timer stops incrementing. So far so good!

Problem is, how can I get spreadsheet entries "Without" the snap feature? There is no way to "snap" on and "snap" off. I need to graph the time on, time off and correlate to interior and exterior temp data as well as power usage.

Any help is greatly appreciated. If we can make this work, I will GLADLY pay for the software. The XNote software is really useful and the gears are turning already.
Thanks,
John
