I am scoring the duration of a behavior (time spent immobile during 10 minutes). The results given are for the total elapsed time (i.e. for the entire 10 minute epoch). I would like to see the break down for each minute in addition to the total elapsed time. Is this possible?

I'm not understanding clearly. Try to run several copies, each for each behavior.

question regarding use of XNote

Dear forum,

I was recommended this software by a friend of mine. I record the time of elapsed behavior in animals and I would need to be able to do the following:

1) Have a timer set for 10 minutes
2) Record the duration of measured behavior for each minute (by turning on and off timer).
3) I would like to have a break down of the results per minute (rather then the total elapsed time). Is this possible to do? And if so, could someone suggest how to achieve this with Xnote

Sincere thanks

Mike
