Sorry, no. But I can add in private.

Thanks for the added function and the fast reply. :)

EDIT: The function auto reset 3 seconds after the timer has stopped were also added. Works great! :)

Will be soon.

I can't find this feature. Has it been added?

I'm using one photo cell for autocross timing. The photocell registers both the start and the stop time, and it would be nice to have it automatically snap at stop. Then I just need to reset the timer after each car has finished.

Now spreadsheet's name is being saved and XNote tries to reconnect to it at launch.

What's Office version? You must use Snap hotkey only because Excel's window must be on top for this mode.

XNOte 1.60 - Excel Cursor function problem

Post by michael1 » Mon Aug 02, 2010 4:49 pm

I cannot get the "Insert Snap Under Cursor" to work in Excel Integration. What I'd like to do is select a cell with my cursor and record the snap times, beginning in the selected cell. I set up Hot Keys for Start/Stop, snap and reset, as is required. The only way I can get snap times in my spreadsheet is when I use the "Insert Snap under Spreadsheet and Start Cell Below" function, but not the cursor function. Help would be much appreciated. Thanks.

No. Use Excel formulas to calculate gaps.

"Xnote inserts only time values into Excel spreadsheet."

I see the ongoing total elapsed time is recorded to Excel cascading down the column. Is there any consideration to inserting the gap times instead? This would be very usefull for racing car timing lap charts in saving the information in sheets that I have with a lot of calculations based off the individual lap times.

Well. It will be added in 1.61.
