Always on Top not working

While using Windows 7, Powerpoint 2010 in slideshow mode, and XNote running in timer compact mode,if there is a video in the presentation, after the video slide is over, after next 3-4 slides, xnote goes behind, even thou "always on top" is ticked.

As if MS powerpoint 2010 has pushed the Xnote behind.

To again bring XNote to Top, we have to exit the slideshow mode and click on the XNote.

Yes, exit the slideshow mode, minimize the PowerPoint window and click on the Xnote, and restart the slideshow mode, XNote will be on top. But again after the video slide is over (after 2-3 slides), XNote goes behind.

I confirm the bug but I can not fix it immediately. As a possible workaround assign a hotkey to bring XNote back.

The Same problem, very annoying.
I use stopwatch very much in my work process, switching between applications (Mozilla, VS2010, Notepad++ etc.) make it dissapear.
Windows 7

Bring-to-top hotkey doesn't bring stopwatch to top after it dissapears.

Does it still run at all?

Sorry for delay in reply - yes, it is still running.
Just now it dissapeared when I switched to Mozilla (always on top is ON).
The keystroke doesn't bring it to top (prevent keypresses from reaching applications is ON).
I also run VS 2010 at fullscreen mode, if it counts.

Another note:
Possibly it happens more often if I use the Win+# keystroke combination. To start the application, or make it the active windowif it is already running.
To switch between applications I use Win+1, Win+2 etc.

Hope it will help to reproduce the bug.
